Dear Steve: You are employed by New World Communications of Tampa, Inc. ("WTVT") pursuant to an employment agreement dated as of November 18, 1996 ("Agreement"). This is to notify you that pursuant to Paragraph 2(C) of the Agreement, WFVT hereby exercises its right to terminate the Agreement, without cause, effective December 2, 1997.
