Dismiss case and Delay depositions

   MEDIATION SESSION BRIEF,
  PARTIES UNABLE TO SETTLE

                                               By STEVE WILSON

TAMPA (MAY 5, 2000)--Court-ordered mediation in the case of Wilson/Akre v Fox proceeded as scheduled Friday in Tampa with a local attorney/mediator mutually selected by the parties.

The rules of the state court as well as Florida law provide that details of exactly what happened at the session must be kept confidential by all who participated.
All that can be reported at this time is the parties met briefly and were unable to come to any resolution of their differences.
The case will proceed to trial beginning June 12th.
